This past weekend I was kindly invited by Visit Bath to head along to the opening of Bath on the Beach – a new summer pop-up that promises to be fun for the whole family.
Bath on the Beach opened on Saturday 21st at Royal Victoria Park. The pop-up – which is set to take place until September – offers visitors the chance to soak up the summer sunshine with colourful hammocks, cabanas, real-life palm trees, volleyball and plenty of tasty cocktails. Bath on the Beach is open from 10am – 9.30pm every day and everyone is welcome.
Here’s a taste of what to expect:
The unprecedented summer sunshine we’ve been enjoying has already bleached the grass at Bath on the Beach!
Sand has been specially brought in to give the space a fun Caribbean vibe and it really does make you feel like you’ve been transported to a lively beachside destination.
While mum and dad sip on frozen cocktails, the kids can get stuck into some fun beach games, including table tennis, volleyball and crazy golf.
As bloggers and instagrammers, we couldn’t help snapping a few shots of our cocktails. There’s a nice selection of drinks on offer, including rum punch, mojitos and margaritas
You can also grab a bite to eat at the Pura Vida Bar, where the serve tasty Tacos and Quesadillas.
